This reserch analyzed the actual condition of Tuberclosis (T.B.) took effect at a part of city district during one year from I January 1981 to 31 December the same year, and summarize the result as follows ; 1. At the reserch districts, presumes 2.5% tuberculosis of the whole population for the management of T. B. at the area within the Jurisdiction and 0.54% of positive patient. 2. T.T. X-rays photographing and sputum examination is taking in order to find tuberculosis and shows 6.5% of T. itest rate, the medical examination by X rays, 81.15% and 18.84% by sputum test. Among the examination rate by X-rays, the test rate by free of charge was most high. 3. In the rate of T. B. examination, the finding rate of patient was 4.58%, the rate by X-rays, appeared 72.10% by no charge and with fee, 13.4% with 0.56% by patrol. 4. Among the patients found through X-ray examination, showed 21.48% of positive patient, and 85.67% of them by the free X-rays test. 5. The rate of preventive inoculation (B. C. G) was 23.32% 6. The registration rate of patients found was 93.4%, the registration rate by sputum examination, 88.0% and 94.3% by X-rays. 7. 29.57% of positive patients was found among the newly registered patients, the negative patient, 48.2%, and 3.0% of patients needed medical treatment again together with another 19.10% requires close observations. 8. For the reason of withdrawal from record of the positive patients firstly received medical treatment, show 41.0% of record withdrawal by a complete recovery, and 28.0% by suspension of medical treatment, by another reason, 13.72%, 7.23%, because of moving out, 5.42% due to change of management, 2.28% by change of diagnosis, and by the withdrawal record from death, 2.23%. 9. The evacuated reason from the registration the negative patients received first medical treatment, 50.80% by a complete recovery, 28.0% by suspension of medical treatment, By some other reason, 13.11%, 5.30% by moving out, by change of diagnosis, 1.19%, management change, 5.30% and because of death, 0.44%. 10. The withdrawal reason from registration of the retreated patients, by a complete recovery, 4.52%, by change of management, 24.2% by the suspension of medical treatment, and other reasons 11.3%, moving out, 4.8%, death and change of diagnosis, 1.6%. 11. For medication, a standard chemical process put in effect as a whole, lately, the short term treatment process was found, however it has not been universal vet. 12. The effect of T.B. management business seem to be related to the professional philosophy of the soecialist or nonspecialist taking charge of T.B. business by the living level and education degree of the district residents under the governmental dimension. Therefore, In accordance with foundation of such result, suggest as follows ; Firstly, Under govemental dimension, the enlightement about T.B. must be strenghen, and consciousness of the district residents is expected to stimulate. Secondly, the strengthening of administrative officials and the educational committee’s cooperation for finding patients including the support of moving X rays vehicles needed for the group medical examination of all the people should be practiced. Thirdly, Increase the number of professional leading person for T.B. management and supple mentary education must be given to the applicable persons employed presently for improvement of their natural disposition
